❓ Do you offer samples and what is the lead time?
Yes, we offer samples. Please contact our sales team with your zip code to get the latest shipping quote. If the samples are in stock, we can arrange shipment within 2-3 days. For custom samples, please contact us to confirm the schedule.
❓ Can I change the product design, color, or material?
Yes! We offer OEM & ODM services and full customization.
❓ Can I brand the product with my own logo?
Absolutely! We can customize both the product and packaging with your logo or brand artwork.
❓ Can I start with a trial order?
Yes, trial orders are accepted if using our standard design. If you order more later, we can offer a better price.
❓ What is your MOQ and bulk production lead time?
Our usual MOQ is 1000 pcs per design (mainly for plush/ball, for cat trees MOQ is much lower), but we can offer flexible MOQ and accept trial orders for new clients. MOQ and price can be adjusted based on quantity. The typical production lead time for bulk orders is 30-45 days, depending on order quantity and customization.
