We are a professional customization factory with 9 years of customization experience. We currently only accept custom and OEM orders, not retail and wholesale business. The product picture is for other customers to customize the reference function, the product price is only for reference function, and we strictly abide by the commercial confidentiality agreement. Customers who customize products here please do not worry that we not sell your products to others. If you find that our factory sells your customized products to your competitors, please send evidence to us, we can compensate you.

Sample Policy:
We will provide a sample cost including transportation. Once paid, engineers will begin making the sample. The sample production cost will be refunded in the bulk order (transportation costs are non-refundable).
After-Sales Service:
If bulk orders have major technical or material problems within a week of delivery, or a customer return rate exceeds 30%, we bear the transportation cost to re-repair. We do not support refunds as we cannot resell customized inventory.

A2: We strictly abide by commercial confidentiality agreements. We will never sell your customized designs to other clients or competitors. If you find any violation with evidence, we will compensate you.
A3: Please provide information regarding whether you require custom packing, custom logos, specific certifications (like CPC), and the overall dimensions/size of the product.
A4: The product sample cost paid will be fully refunded when you place the bulk order. Please note that the transportation/shipping costs for the sample cannot be refunded.
A5: We do not support monetary refunds since we are a custom manufacturer and cannot resell customized inventory. However, if there are major technical or material problems within a week of delivery, or a customer return rate over 30%, we will bear all shipping costs to repair and correct the products for you.
A6: Our standard specifications include high-quality PP cotton filling, 100% polyester fabric, and a height of 30cm, suitable for ages 14 and up.
