How long does it take to make samples and what is the bulk production lead time?
Sample lead time is 7-14 working days, depending on design complexity. Normally 15-25 working days after sample approval and deposit received. Rush orders can be arranged within 10 days.

How do you control product quality and do you provide inspection reports?
We have a 3-step quality control system: raw material inspection, in-process inspection and 100% finished product inspection. All products pass needle detection before packing. Yes, we can provide internal inspection reports for each order. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is also available at your request.
