Equipped with 50 hydraulic presses, including 10 machines with a capacity of 500 tons or more to meet the requirements for large-sized products, we also have mature liquid silicone, solid-to-liquid, and injection molding workshops, along with a well-established independent supply chain. The factory features its own mold room with 10 CNC machines, capable of producing 80 sets of large molds per month, with the ability to mold products as large as 1350x1080mm. Already certified with SEDEX 4P, BSCI, and ISO9001, we can provide major certifications based on customer requirements, including FDA, CPC, ROHS, LFGB, EN71 1-3, and so on.
